Computer Society of India (CSI), Bangalore and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Bangalore have joined forces to conduct an educational seminar in Bangalore on US Immigration. The objective of the seminar is to help Indian corporations and professionals become better informed about recent changes in U.S. Immigration policy & procedures, and learn about specific options for immigration to the United States.

The working title for the seminar is:

"U.S. Immigration Strategies - How recent changes to U.S. Immigration laws will affect your business” on 9th December, 2004

The seminar in Bangalore will include presentations by the following experts who will help the participants gain an understanding of recent policy changes.

• Mr. B.V. Naidu, Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Bangalore
  Mr. Naidu will present an overview of business opportunities in the US.
• Mr. Douglas Osterloh, a US based Immigration Attorney, with more than 18 years of experience in immigration law.
  Mr. Osterloh will present strategies for Indian corporate on work visas, green cards, visa processing in India, employer compliance requirements, and practical suggestions.
• Mr. Venkat Ramineni, Founder, VisaPro Immigration Services, LLC., USA.
  Mr. Ramineni will summarize the proceedings and answer questions submitted by attendees.
