Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Chennai and Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Chennai have joined forces to conduct an educational seminar in Chennai on U.S. Immigration. The objective of the seminar is to help Indian corporations and professionals become better informed about recent changes in U.S. Immigration policy & procedures, and learn about specific options for immigration to the United States.

The working title for the seminar is:

"U.S. Immigration Strategies - How recent changes to U.S. Immigration laws will affect your business” on 10th December, 2004

The seminar in Chennai will include presentations by the following experts who will help the participants gain an understanding of recent policy changes.

• Ms. R. Rajalakshmi, Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Chennai
  Ms. Rajalakshmi will present an overview of business opportunities in the US.
• Mr. Douglas Osterloh, a U.S. based Immigration Attorney, with more than 18 years of experience in immigration law
  Mr. Osterloh will present strategies for Indian corporate on work visas, green cards, visa processing in India, employer compliance requirements, and practical suggestions.
• Mr. Venkat Ramineni, Founder, VisaPro Immigration Services, LLC., USA
  Mr. Ramineni will summarize the proceedings and answer questions submitted by attendees.
